We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the business.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment Terms
Bookings are only confirmed once proof of payment has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
| 14 days or more before check-in | 100% refund of deposit |
| 7–13 days before check-in | 50% refund of deposit |
| 0 – 7 days before check-in | No refund |
3. Peak Season & Public Holidays
Bookings made during:
Long weekends
December holiday period
May require full prepayment and are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
4. Early Departure
In the event of early departure or shortened stay:
- No refund will be issued for unused nights.
5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
