Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bush Inn.

By entering the premises or making use of our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Facilities

All guests and visitors use the facilities and amenities at their own risk.

The Owners, Landlord, Management, and Staff Members shall not be held liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, or death suffered by any person while on the premises, including but not limited to:

Personal injury or death

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Damage caused by other guests or third parties

Any incident arising from negligence (excluding gross negligence where applicable by law)

Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Management

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own belongings at all times.

2. Children & Supervision

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Bush Inn Management accepts no responsibility for children who are left unattended.

Management accepts no responsibility for persons or children who are unable to swim when using any water-related facilities.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of minors under their care.

3. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.

The Owners or Manager on Duty reserve the right to:

Refuse entry to any person

Remove any guest from the premises without refund if they:

Pose a risk to themselves or others

Cause a disturbance or nuisance

Damage property

Fail to comply with park rules

Guests may be held liable for any damages caused to property during their stay.

4. Right of Admission

Right of Admission Reserved.

Bush Inn Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services at its discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Safety & Personal Responsibility

Guests acknowledge that:

Outdoor and caravan park environments may contain natural hazards.

It is their responsibility to ensure their own safety and that of those in their care.

They must comply with all safety signage, park rules, and staff instructions.

6. Indemnity

By entering the premises, guests indemnify and hold harmless the Owners, Management, and Staff against claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from their use of the facilities, except where prohibited by law.

7. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

8. Amendments

Bush Inn Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the official website.
